Displaying all files in one list
As with any cloud storage, files in Disk are stored in folders. However, in Disk, unlike many other cloud storage services, you can display all files in one list. In this case, the latest files are displayed from the very beginning.
To see all files, select "All files" in the Disk menu.
When is this useful?
- If you need to see the recent files
- If you need to download all created files in one archive or PDF file
- If you need to send all files by email
- If you need to check the status of the creation/sending/receiving of all files
- If you need to download a report on all files in your account
By selecting any file in this section, you can choose "Open folder" in the context menu or selection panel to go to the folder containing that file.
