Canceling a mailing
Can I stop or cancel a mailing?
If the mailing is still in progress, you need to select the corresponding task in the status panel (bottom left of the window) and stop it. Sending emails will be stopped.
However, it is impossible to stop already sent emails. This is not a feature of email functionality. That is, if the email has already been sent, it cannot be stopped or returned in any way.
