How to perform a file distribution?
You can perform a file distribution in two ways - automatically, immediately after creating a file, or manually, from Drive.
In the first case, simply select "Email distribution" when creating a file in the "Create Files" window.

In the second case, select the files you want to send and click the "Send by email" button in the context menu or selection panel. This option can be useful when you need to send multiple different files to the same recipient.
