Variables
Variables are words that will be replaced with data - %full_name, %initials, %first_name, %scores, %greetings and any others. Each variable can contain one word without symbols and spaces and start with the % symbol. The number of variables can be any.
Different variables should be different and one should not be part of another. For example, %student_name and %teacher_name - is acceptable. But using %full_name and %student_name is not recommended. In this case, the second variable contains the first and when creating files, the replacement will not occur as expected.
