Access settings
Access to the account can be granted to another account. To do this, first, that account must be registered in DiMaker.
Then on the "Settings" - "Account access" page of the main account, click "Grant access", enter the email address of the account to which access is granted, and specify access rights.
You can grant access only to the "Disk", "Documents" or "Billing". In some sections, there is a differentiation of viewing, deleting, and editing. Thus, different departments of the organization can be connected to the necessary sections of the main account.
After access is granted, in the profile menu of the account to which access is granted, a choice will appear of which account to log in to - their own or the one provided access to.
After authorization, a selection window will also appear - which account to switch to after authorization.
Merging accounts
If that account is only intended for access to the main one, then accounts can be merged. In this case, after authorization, the account to which access was granted will always be opened, without the possibility of switching to the main or other account.
To do this, in the account to which access is granted, open "Settings" - "Account" - "Merging accounts" and select the account with which the merge is to be performed.
To unmerge the account, access to it in the account that granted access must be closed.
