Sending multiple files

How to send multiple files to one address?

To send multiple files to one address, the files must be in one task for distribution. To do this:

  • In the "Create files" window, specify that the distribution should be performed after all files are prepared, or
  • Create files without distribution and then in the "Drive" select one or several folders and start the distribution among these files.

Distribution after preparation of files

If the files to be sent in one email are created from only one document, the easiest option is to specify in the "Create files" window that the distribution should be started after all files are prepared. Thus, all files will be prepared first, and then sent in distribution. If among the files sent in distribution after preparation, there are files with the same email address, then these files will be sent in one email.

Manual distribution

In some cases, it is required to send files from different documents in one email - for example, a certificate and a gratitude letter or certificates of different degrees. In this case, follow these steps:

  • In the "Create files" window, in the "Send emails" field, select "Manual". This should be done for all files that will be sent later. In this case, in the "Emails template" you can specify the required template.
  • Next, after creating absolutely all the files, you need to open the "Drive" and select all the folders, files from which need to be distributed. After selecting the folders, in the selection panel or context menu, select "Send by email". In the confirmation window, you can re-select the emails template or leave it as is.

Files that have the same email addresses will be sent to one address. If there are files in the folders that have already been sent before, they will not be sent again.

Restrictions

  • The size of emails cannot exceed 10 MB. If the size exceeds 10 MB, the files will be sent in several emails.
  • Variables in the email will be replaced with text from the first file in the sequence. For example, the %image variable will be replaced with the image from the first file, although there may be several files in the email application. The same applies to other variables and the widget change link.
