"Email Address" Column
The "Email Address" column is used to specify the address where the file will be sent via email. The email will be sent according to the parameters specified during creation - email template and sending time.
Sending to Multiple Addresses
In the "Email Address" cell, you can specify multiple addresses separated by commas. As a result, the created file will be sent to all specified addresses. The sending status in "Drive" will be indicated for the first file.
Error Handling
If the cell is not filled in, the file will not be sent. If there is an error in the email address, the sending attempt will still occur. The sending status of such a file can be seen in "Drive" or in "Emails".
