Column: 'Email Address'
The "Email Address" column is used to specify the address where the file will be sent via email. The email will be delivered based on the parameters set during creation, such as the email template and the scheduled sending time.
Sending to Multiple Addresses
Multiple addresses can be entered in the "Email Address" cell, separated by commas. The generated file will then be sent to all specified addresses. The delivery status in "Disk" will be recorded for the first file only.
Error Handling
If the cell is empty, the file will not be sent. If there is a mistake in the email address, an attempt to send the file will still be made. The sending status of such a file can be checked in "Disk" or "Emails."
