Displaying All Files as a Single List

Just like in any cloud storage, files in the Drive are organized into folders. However, unlike many other cloud storage solutions, the Drive provides the option to display all files as a single list. The most recently added files are displayed at the top.

To view all files, select the "All Files" option in the Drive menu.

When Might This Be Useful?

  • If you need to quickly find the most recent files
  • If you want to see all files, including event-related files
  • If you wish to download all created files as a single archive or PDF
  • If you want to email all files to recipients
  • If you need to check the creation, delivery, or receipt statuses of all files
  • If you want to download a report of all account files

You can also select any file in this section and use the context menu or selection toolbar to choose "Open Folder" to navigate to the folder containing that file.
